Why I started Forge Electric

I’m Eduardo Lopez, the founder of Forge Electric. I started this company because I believed customers deserved clear pricing, real communication, and someone who takes the time to care about their project. I wanted to build a business where you feel comfortable asking questions and know the people you are trusting with your home or business.

What pushed me to start was seeing how frustrating it can be when customers feel rushed, do not understand the charges, or are left without updates. I wanted Forge to take a different approach: listen first, explain the work, and build a connection that lasts beyond one appointment.

I founded Forge Electric in 2026 and started building it from zero, little by little, one job and one customer at a time. My dad helped me turn that idea into a working business. His experience and support have meant a lot, and he continues to help me build Forge whenever he can.

To me, caring about our customers means being clear about what an estimate includes, discussing changes to the work and pricing, and keeping you informed. It means respecting your property and taking your concerns seriously. I want you to understand the work and feel comfortable with the next step.

Forge Electric is a residential and commercial electrical contracting business serving Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta. Every customer who chooses us helps build something I care deeply about. My goal is to earn your trust, be the company you feel good calling again, and build relationships that are as important to us as the work itself.
