Website request privacy
When you submit an estimate or appointment request, you provide your name, phone number, job location and description, plus any optional email address and photos. Appointment requests also include the service and your preferred date and time. Forge Electric Co. LLC uses these details to respond, discuss the project, and arrange a visit. If you use our Google appointment link, the request is labeled as coming from Google.
Forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Eduardo@forgelectricllc.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submission records for 30 days; attachments are not retained in its submission archive. Delivered messages and attachments may remain in our business inbox.
Submit only information needed to discuss your project. Do not include payment card details, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive records. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
