Electrical coordination for siding work at a 226-unit complex
Forge Electric is working with an HOA to provide the siding crew with access around A/C disconnects while adding protection to the associated wiring.
The project
The work is taking place at a 226-unit residential complex. Exterior siding work requires access to wall areas occupied by A/C disconnects, so coordination between the electrical and siding crews is part of the job.
Our current scope
- Unmounting A/C disconnects to give the siding crew easier access to the work area.
- Adding liquid-tight conduit around the associated cable to provide an additional protective covering and help reduce exposure to damage.
- Coordinating the electrical work with the siding crew as the project progresses.
Project status
This project is underway. The 226-unit figure describes the size of the community, not a confirmed count of disconnects being serviced. Completion results will be added after the work is finished.
